Julie recently spoke with Mari Gisele Craddock via Zoom call. Meet Mari below, and take a listen to their conversation on our most recent A Rose is a Rose Podcast entitled “I Deserve More.”

Mari Gisele Craddock is a Registered Yoga Instructor of 7 years, and is currently back in school towards an MSW for Addiction Recovery with the plan of continuing on to a Doctorate in community and connection are the heart of what helps her thrive.

Mari developed an Eating Disorder at the age of 11, battling through three rounds of treatment through the age of 23. Today, age 25, Mari considers herself 2 years in active recovery from Anorexia, Bulimia, and Over-Exercising; as well as 2 years sober from alcohol.
